2. Estimates & Consultations

Any estimates provided are based on preliminary information and are subject to change after a site visit, design review, or changes in material costs.

Initial consultations up to 20 minutes are complimentary. Extended consultations are billed at $100 per hour, which may be credited toward project costs if contracted.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to reserve your project and secure materials.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, or work has begun.

Final payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or contract.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled before materials are ordered or work has started, a refund may be issued, less consultation, design, or administrative fees.

Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, and content on this website are the property of Teak Home Improvements LLP unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
