Payment & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your project and schedule work. This deposit secures labor and materials and is non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun.

If a project is canceled prior to the ordering of materials or the start of work, a refund may be issued minus any consultation, design, or administrative fees incurred.

Should changes or cancellations occur after work has commenced, refunds will not be available; however, we will provide a detailed accounting of all costs to ensure transparency.
